Step #1

Become familiar with the requirements for board eligibility and board certification.

Step #2

Visit our online AAGP Membership page to become a member of the academy and pay your initial annual dues.

Step #3

Login to the AAGP Website to access your dashboard. Update your Account Information with details about your practice, medical license, DEA license, and academic credentials. Please keep this profile current.

Step #4

E-mail copies of your C.V., State Medical License, DEA Certificate, NPDB Self Query, and proof of malpractice insurance to us for review. Past members of the AAGP may also send copies of previous board certification documents.

Membership is provisional until all information is reviewed by AAGP leadership. A personal interview may be required. All decisions regarding membership in AAGP are final.
