Become familiar with the requirements for board eligibility and board certification.

Step #2

Visit our online AAGP Membership page to become a member of the academy and pay your initial annual dues. (Due payments in subsequent years are invoiced to your billing address.)

Step #3

Login to the AAGP Website to access your dashboard.  Update your Account Information with details about your practice, medical license, DEA license, and academic credentials. Please keep this profile current.

Step #4

E-mail copies of your C.V., state Medical License, DEA Certificate, and proof of malpractice insurance to us for review. Past members of the AAGP may also send copies of previous board certification documents.
